The Power of Structure

"The way the year has unfolded astonishes me…. Roberta was right there as we made key decisions."

Roberta’s work is a blend of finding practical solutions for developing and marketing small businesses, and exploring beliefs and expectations that support and hinder success.

Initial Session: Charting the Course........ $120–$240
Meeting for one to two hours, we explore values, passions and commitments — where the business is now and what is envisioned for the future.

Clients leave this session with practical solutions to immediate issues and more clarity on their long-term direction. They are also relieved to know they have a confidential, consistent navigator.

The time for this session varies based on the client’s needs.

On-going Sessions: Refining the Route…………… $240–$480 a month
Each plan is unique in its scope and intentions, and includes weekly phone or in-person sessions.

We review what happened during the week, evaluate what worked and did not work, refine the plan when necessary, and celebrate successes.

As problems are solved and plans are made, I make sure the route is in alignment with the client’s vision.

Sessions are thirty, forty-five, or sixty-minutes.

~ Terms and Agreements: The Fine Print ~
Payment for the initial session is due at time of service; all other work will be billed at the end of each month, with payment due by the 15th of the following month.

Appointments canceled without 24 hours notice will be charged.

Travel time charged for one way (outside Sebastopol).

Everything discussed is confidential, unless the client indicates otherwise or the law requires me to disclose certain information.

I adhere to the International Coaching Federations Code of Ethics

I will disclose the nature of my relationship with anyone I refer.

I do not charge on-going clients for questions (phone or e-mail) that take less than 15 minutes to discuss.

Creativity as a Life Practice

Molly approaches life as a work of art, trusting and respecting the creative process. It is no surprise that in addition to creating art from vintage objects, her work includes helping others connect with their creative processes.

The focus of our initial work together was to close her existing business so she could reconnect with what she loves to do. Currently, I am helping Molly and new business partner Cathleen Yaksic fully utilize their talents and wisdom.

As a result of our work together Molly and Cathleen have:

  • Increased their time doing creative projects
  • Stabilized their cash flow
  • Dramatically change how they sell their products
  • Developed a line of personal care products

"The way the year has unfolded astonishes me. The structure of the business is very different from what I imaged it would be, yet we both feel focused in our work and aligned with our core values. Roberta was right there as we made key decisions”
