The Power of Structure


Roberta’s work evolved from her natural ability to help others clarify issues and strategize solutions, her years of business experience, and her commitment to making a difference in her lifetime.

She has over thirty years of richly varied business experience, including fifteen years as a co-owner of a residential landscape company known for its commitment to sustainable practices.

In addition, her curiosity regarding lifework and how to manifest it began in 1980 when she realized how much power we each have to chart and steer our lives. Since then she has witnessed what works and doesn’t work in building a business that is aligned with the owner’s values.

Roberta's education includes a BA from Antioch University with the combined majors of Business and Holistic Health. In addition, she recently completed the Certified Co-Active Coach program at the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, California.

 

Remembering Steve

When I met my late husband Steve Rodin in 1990, he had been landscaping for 17 years, and needed a complete business makeover. I saw his brilliance, his expertise, and his integrity. I was hooked, and set to work to polish the stone. Together, we grew Triad Landscaping into a premier residential landscape company and a leader in the sustainability movement.

I feel grateful to have spent fifteen years as Steve's partner in business and in life. Much of what I learned, I bring to my work with my clients: most importantly, don't sweat the small stuff and trust your intuition.

If you get those down, the journey is a lot more fun.
